A Cutler Series Island Home
Inspired by the serenity of this small island off the coast of Southwestern Connecticut, Douglas Cutler was challenged to create the perfect compliment to this wonderful location. Something that would draw attention from the mainland, and at the same time break the stigma of boring, boxy modular homes forever.

“There is no replacement for home,” says owner Jim, “we knew we wanted to live on this island with our dogs and boats, yet we did not want to wait three years to make the move into our dream house. The construction from start to finish was less than six months.”

The same home on its way to the island on a barge.
