Progress Report: Scarsdale Contemporary Modular Home

Shipped from the Factory and Set on a Steeply-Hilled Property

Picture 026

Our latest contemporary home has just been shipped from the factory and is still all wrapped up and safe from the weather.

As you can see, the property is on a very steep hill. Notice how the foundation has been put in place to welcome all the modular elements.  Keep coming back to see how the lines of the design will start to emerge.

Take a look at our elevation drawing for this Scarsdale modular home in Westchester County, NY to see how this home will look when it is finished.

Remember that custom modular is a hybrid construction and it’s important that the architect remains close to the process. Watching your home become a reality is very rewarding and it is for us too. Soon be able to move in and start their life in this great community.

Here is the scaffolding for finishing the exterior.

We are almost done! Now that the scaffolding is gone, you can see how the lines of the home start to emerge.

Remember that custom modular is a hybrid construction and it’s important that the architect remains close to the process so that the home finish is exactly what was anticipated.

Please don’t be hesitant to contact us. We’d love to hear from you about ideas for your next project, or if you have any questions about the modular process or our custom home designs.

It’s never too early to start a discussion with an architect… our initial consultation is always free.

Give us a call and ask for Doug or write us a note.
